If your franchise ceases operations or your status as an instructor becomes inactive, your Education Portal account will be deactivated. However, your records and course history will remain intact. Should you return as an active instructor, access to your account and certifications will be restored.
Courses purchased directly through this Portal are non-transferable to other individuals, instructors, or franchisees. Transfers are only permitted for courses purchased by franchisees and distributed through the official process outlined in the Portal’s FAQ. All course purchases are for personal and professional development only and may not be resold or redistributed.
